How to Cite

Cite the specification by its title, version, and release date, and link to the page you are citing.

Add the section you are citing, using the specification's own section numbers (for example, "section III.C, Table 2"). Each specification page on this site shows its section at the top.

Software and data

Cite the version you used, since these projects change between releases:

• Library: cms-hte-patient-matching, with the release number from PyPI.
• Test set: cms-hte-patient-matching-test-set, with the release tag.

Record the specification version, library version, and test set release together with your results. See the Compatibility Matrix.
